What are the sleeping arrangements for this room?

Two western-style "twin size" (approx. 120 x 200 cm) beds are provided. Third bed provided when booking for 3 guests.

Where is my dinner served?

For guests who have booked a plan with Japanese-style kaiseki, dinner is served in a separate, private Japanese-style dining room. If you booked a plan with Western-style course dinner, your meal is served in the restaurant of our ryokan, Ricca. In-room dining is not available for this room.

Is the room non-smoking?

There are two Comfort Suite rooms, both are smoking. For guests who prefer non-smoking, we can use air cleaning spray to prepare your room (request when booking). Each Comfort Suite has an air cleaning machine included.

Are children allowed in this room?

Yes, however there is no separate child sized bedding/bed available.

Is yukata provided to me?

Yes, yukata are provided for guests to wear during their stay. Please note that for children 0-5 years old a yukata is not provided unless ordered (separate charge). The smallest yukata available is 90 cm height. Yukata are adjustable and can be comfortably worn by people of varying heights and weights.

Do you provide geta sandals?

Yes, geta wooden sandals are available to wear when you are walking through Kinosaki Onsen. The sandals are one-size and available at the entrance, near the front desk. When walking through our ryokan you may wear your shoes or the hall slippers provided in your room. In your guest room, please do not wear shoes or slippers.

Is this room wheelchair accessible?
