No, the water of the open-air bath is regular heated water. This is by regulation in Kinosaki Onsen. However, the guest-only hot spring baths of our ryokan and private onsen spa are both real hot spring water.
Sleeping is on Japanese-style futons, on the tatami-mat floor. Please note that for children 0-5 years old, futon is not provided unless ordered (separate charge). Futon are prepared by attendants for you.

Yes, yukata are provided for guests to wear during their stay. Please note that for children 0-5 years old a yukata is not provided unless ordered (separate charge). The smallest yukata available is 90 cm height. Yukata are adjustable and can be comfortably worn by people of varying heights and weights.
Yes, geta wooden sandals are available to wear when you are walking through Kinosaki Onsen. The sandals are one-size and available at the entrance, near the front desk. When walking through our ryokan you may wear your shoes or the hall slippers provided in your room. In your guest room, please do not wear shoes or slippers.
