How do I reserve the onsen spa?
Please contact us with your desired spa type, time, and number of guests. The spa is for staying guests only.
How many guests may use the onsen spa?
For the price of 8,800 JPY up to to 4 guests may enjoy the spa. Additional person is +1,100 JPY. The total maximum capacity of each spa is 6 people.
Can I use the private onsen if I am not staying at Nishimuraya?
The private onsen spa is for use by staying guests of Nishimuraya Hotel Shogetsutei or Nishimuraya Honkan only. We apologize for the inconvenience.
What is the view from the onsen spa?
The view is of a mountain forest facing the back of our ryokan.
What if it rains or snows?
The spa itself is open and exposed to the outside, however there is a roof covering it.
