Please enjoy the seasonal cuisine using selected local choice ingredients such as Tajima beef which is famous for its excellent meat, fresh sea food from the Japan Sea,and seasonal vegetables grown in the local area of Tajima. (From April 1st to November 6th)

Crab cuisine

Please try our Matsuba crab ( the local name of the Snow or Queen crab) which is the king of the palate in wintertime, with various methods of cooking such as raw,boiling, baked over a charcoal fire,etc..
We would enjoy preparing our original Crab cuisine especially for you. (November 7th to March 31st)
