All rooms are Japanese-style.
Due to regulation in Kinosaki Onsen, the water of all rooms with open-air baths is regular, heated water (not natural hot spring water). The hot spring facilities of the Honkan, however, are natural hot spring water.
For children aged 10-12 the same basic adult menu is provided with reduced amounts and some menu alternations, for children aged 6-9 a kid’s menu is provided, and for children younger than 6 the kid’s meal can be provided for a separate charge.
There are three hot springs at Nishimuraya Honkan.
They have the following operating hours:
Kichino-yu: 5:30am – 10:30am / 2:00pm – 12:30am
Fukuno-yu: 5:30am – 10:30am / 2:00pm – 12:30am
Shouno-yu (Hiratakan Annex): 6:30am – 9:30am / 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Yes. We provide yukata in different sizes.
You may wear your yukata inside Nishimuraya Honkan and outside as you stroll through the streets of Kinosaki Onsen.
Please note that children younger than 6 years old must pay a separate charge for yukata.

Free Wi-fi is available in all guest rooms and the lobby. Wi-fi access requires a password, consult your in-room guide book or ask at the front desk. There is also a free Internet PC terminal located in the lobby area.
